If several administrators work on a system and they all are allowed to make configuration changes, it’s easy to lose track of who changed which policy (and why). Customer often ask for a comment function – here is the good news: this feature has been around for some time now!
This needs to be activated in the admin area under System Definitions:
Select and activate it in the menu under Management Server, Policy Settings:
After every change of a policy, this dialog appears:
And all entries remain in the policy in the new tab “Activity Log” with date, time and username:
A very useful feature when several administrators work with the SecureSphere!
